STORY: The Fedora has been around since the 1890’s, with the height of its popularity being the 1920’s amongst the prohibition gangsters.

Panama hats are hand woven in Ecuador by the light of the moon, or when the sky is overcast; this is when the air is the most damp and suitable for working with the straw. It can take up to 2 days for each hood to be produced with a technique that has been passed down from generation to generation, the handmade nature of this makes every hood unique.

-

All of our Panama hoods are handmade in Ecuador using traditional techniques and then blocked in Luton, England.

Born in London. Made in England.
