Delivery Information

Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, Brexit circumstances and a reduced team, orders placed on our website will be processed slower than usual. We hope you understand.
We are doing our best to post your order as soon as possible but, depending on circumstances, orders may take up to a week to be shipped. Orders will usually be posted on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, but these might vary.

We are not able to guarantee arrival dates for international postage. Customers shopping with us are agreeing to do so within the current state of affairs and understand and accept any delays that might occur in the fulfilment of their orders.
Furthermore, regulations regarding customs and extra charges on the EU border are yet unclear and we cannot confirm how these will occur. In the case of any charges, at the moment, these are of the customers responsibility.
International shipping orders are sent using either Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed, Parcel Force or UPS. Countries where customs might occur are of the responsibility of the customer.

In the U.K. A Child of the Jago Parcels are sent using Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery.
Please note that a Signature is required upon receipt.

Your unique Tracking reference code is sent to you in an email once your Jago Parcel is on it’s way to you. 
Terms and Conditions are that we are not responsible for any loss incurred in an instance where an erroneous delivery address is submitted to us.
 
We do not send parcels to PO Boxes.
