Please be aware that a Signature is required upon receipt.
International shipping orders are sent using either Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed, Parcel Force or UPS. Countries where customs might occur are of the responsibility of the customer.
Your unique Tracking reference code is sent to you in an email once your Jago Parcel is on it’s way to you.
Terms and Conditions are that we are not responsible for any loss incurred in an instance where an erroneous delivery address is submitted to us.
We do not send parcels to PO Boxes.
